Testimonials are invaluable when it comes to building trust with your audience.

In a previous org I discovered that testimonials are cheap and we can use these clips according to our various purposes.

We use these clips in social media campaigns and actual products. Here's the process I set up for shooting testimonials:

We share questions with the person and ask them to record their answers in landscape mode and share the video with us.
Although the quality may not be up to par, we cut and polish the video in post-production to fit our needs.
Finally, we roll out the video on different platforms.
